Values driven culture.

Our Vision

Pinnacles Prep graduates will be leaders in driving our Valley’s future forward with the knowledge, skills, mindsets, and connections needed to make it a thriving economic, scientific, and artistic hub for the 21st century.

Our Values are EPIC

Equity

We develop the empathy needed to champion equity for all. We embed equity into every aspect of our school community.

Purpose

We prepare scholars to explore, articulate, and pursue their purpose. We tackle rigorous academic, social, and personal challenges, in order to design and build the lives that we want.

Integrity

We do the right thing, even when no-one is looking. Integrity leads to loving accountability and a strong community where everyone belongs and is supported.

Collaboration

We are stronger together—student and teachers, teachers and
family, and school and community. Through true collaboration, we can develop the vision and voice necessary to lead the changes we want to see in our school, community, and world.

We believe in…

High expectations and equity for all students

We believe that all students are brilliant and capable of solving big problems even at a young age. At Pinnacles Prep, every student will graduate college, career, and community ready, equipped with the knowledge, skills, mindsets, and connections needed to become leaders in our Valley and beyond.

Learning beyond classroom walls

We believe that our community is a classroom and that education should prepare students for life beyond our walls. If we want students to become engaged citizens, we must provide opportunities to build connections, navigate systems, and make change. Pinnacles Prep students will regularly engage in hands-on projects with community partners. These experiences help students to apply their learning to real world problems, engage in critical thinking, and gain confidence.

Taking care of the whole child

We believe that school is more than academics. School should be a place where students can recharge their batteries, enhance their emotional wellbeing, engaging in fulfilling relationships. Our teachers and staff are committed to ensuring that each student who graduates from Pinnacles Prep has more than just a diploma. They will have the empathy, resilience, agency, and social responsibility to understand their purpose and make a difference in the world.

Community-centered schools

We believe that schools should be hubs of connection, providing resources and enrichment that will better our community as a whole. At Pinnacles Prep, we are committed to working with families and our community so that, together, we can build a school that not only cultivates the future leaders of our Valley but also celebrates the cultures and traditions that make Wenatchee unique.
