Our approach

Reimagining the learning process

Parents want school to be a place where their child can design and pursue the lives they dream. They have been telling us this for over a decade through county-wide surveys, local community design sessions, and intimate conversations. Pinnacles Prep was born out of this community desire to reimagine what school could be, while remaining a free, public school choice for all.

How We Teach

Our school was designed with and for our community. Our instruction is deeply rooted in place-based education so that learning is connected to real community opportunities and challenges.

Our approach is different, with a focus on teaching the “whole child”. What makes us unique is our commitment to providing the skills and tools necessary for students to be college, career and community ready!
